ComboHop is a mobile game. This policy explains what data the game collects, why, and how you can delete it. We collect as little as possible and we never sell your data.
On Android, the game's save file and account key may be included in your Google account's device backup (Android Auto Backup and Google Block Store), so your progress comes back after reinstalling. On iPhone, the account key may be stored in your iCloud Keychain for the same purpose.
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details.
We do not sell or share your data, except with service providers that run the game for us (Google Firebase for analytics, and our hosting provider for the game server).
In the game, open Settings → Save & Recovery → Delete My Data. This immediately deletes your account and all data stored on our server, and resets the game on your device. Analytics data held by Google Firebase is deleted automatically after the retention period set in Firebase. See also: how to delete your ComboHop account.
ComboHop is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
