Delete your ComboHop account

ComboHop does not use email or password sign-in. Every player has an anonymous game account, and you can delete it and all of its data yourself, directly in the game.

How to delete

1. Open ComboHop.
2. Tap Settings on the main menu.
3. Tap Save & Recovery.
4. Tap Delete My Data, then tap it again to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your game account, player name and recovery code.
• Your saved progress: coins, records, characters, upgrades and gift boxes.
• Your invite code and invite history.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Nothing is kept on our server.

What is not deleted

• Purchases belong to your Google Play or Apple account. They are not lost and can be restored in the game's shop.
• Usage analytics held by Google Firebase do not identify you by name and are removed automatically after their retention period.
